At Vegas Fine Pens and Gifts, we only sell the highest quality merchandise. It is our highest priority to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, please return the item within 90 days from the date of purchase.
A refund will be issued using the original method of payment or an exchange for the same or similar item will be honored. Returns/exchanges will not be accepted after the 90 day period.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Items must be in its original packaging and in saleable condition. We will not accept returns of pens, stationery, gifts, and paper products with obvious signs of use, or any item not in its original condition.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days, depending upon your financial institution.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular and sale priced items may be refunded for the original price that was paid. Unfortunately, items marked "Last Chance" or engraved/personalized items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We will gladly replace items if they are defective or are damaged while in transit within the 90 day period from the order date. If you need to exchange it for the same or similar item, please send us an email at email@example.com and we will email you the return address to send it back to.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your item is sent back to us safely.
